Join us this Sunday, February 23, 2020, as we continue our study in the book of Mark. Our sermon series is entitled, "The Miracles and the Ministry of the Messiah in the Book of Mark." This week we will open up to Mark 14:43-50 and explore "The Betrayal and Arrest of Jesus." We all have at some time most likely been betrayed or felt betrayed. Imagine that Jesus Christ was actually betrayed by one of His own disciples. Come hear this powerful message on betrayal and learn what we should do when we have or are betrayed.
Are you thinking about coming back to church, or start going? The New Year is a great time to start or renew a relationship with Jesus Christ! The greatest gift that God ever gave us was the gift of His Son. It is only in and through Him that we can and will experience true, unconditional, and sacrificial love. The greatest gift besides salvation that Jesus gave us, was the church. Has it been a while since you've come to church or have not found the right one? Make this Sunday the day you come back to church or come to church for the first time. We would love to have you come and worship with us. Worried about your past, what to wear, the building caving in on you? No worries, we want to be a blessing to you, and show you how much God loves you! You are welcome, whatever situation, condition, or circumstance you are in life. We are more concerned about your present and future than your past.
We are Godly focused, Jesus Christ-centered, Holy Spirit led, and Mission Minded. See for yourself how the church can have a positive and transformational effect on and in your life. Jesus loves you, and we want to inspire, encourage, and challenge you to grow closer in your walk with him or start a personal relationship with him if you have not.
This Sunday is the perfect time to come back to church. We are located at 303 East Oak Street (across from the old Dollar General, use the north alley entrance and enter through the blue doors.) Celebration Services starts at 9:23 a.m. We have a time of praise and worship singing, prayer, fellowship, and of course, God's spoken word. See you Sunday at Crossroads Community Church, where your faith and life intersect! We will have the sermon live, between 9:45 - 10:00 a.m. (A little later on first Sundays.) Like us on Facebook and find the message there.
